Leasing Information

MBT Services Corporation will also lease apartments. This service includes our advertising the apartment, screening tenant applications and arrange for credit checks. Owner will have final approval of new tenant. MBT Services Corporation will prepare the lease, acquire signatures and work with tenant on moving-in details. We are currently charging one month’s rent as our leasing commission.

Maintenance Information

MBT Services Corporation is available to assist owners in maintaining both outside and inside common building areas. Interior cleaning services include: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors and glass; Exterior building and yard services include: mowing grass, trimming bushes, raking leaves, sweeping outside common areas. Snow removal services during winter months is available. The hourly rate for these services is $24.00 per hour.
